WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Please visit our Online Forms tab to find paperwork for your upcoming appointment. Please note we may require previous vaccine and diagnostic records. If needed, your previous veterinarian can fax (413-268-3899) or email (info[email protected]) records.

We require ALL pets to be up to date on their rabies vaccinations with proof in the form of a rabies certificate. We do not accept a rabies tag as it does not provide the date or information needed. 

We have put in place a new "no show" policy. Any client considered a "no show" to their appointment will be charged a fee. A "no show" includes: an existing client who does not show up or does not call to cancel within 24 hours, a new client who does not show up or does not call and cancel within 48 hours, or a client who arrives 10 or more minutes late for their scheduled appointment. 

We do not allow "Extend" or "Flexi" leashes in the clinic. We will be happy to provide you with a safer slip lead if needed. Please ask a staff member if you require one.
